Good Neighbor Policy & Agreement.
Residents of TNRT Inc. are expected to represent the organization respectfully within the community. Living at TNRT is a privilege that comes with a shared responsibility to maintain positive relationships with our neighbors and the broader community.
Resident Commitments
As a resident, I agree to:
- 01Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits
- 02Watch for pedestrians and neighborhood children
- 03Park only in approved areas
- 04Avoid washing or repairing vehicles on the property or street
- 05Use respectful language and behavior
- 06Avoid loud music or disruptive activity
- 07Refrain from gathering or socializing loudly outside the residence after 10:00 PM
All residents are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and to avoid any behavior that would disturb or negatively impact the surrounding community. Upholding these commitments protects our residents, our program, and the trust placed in us by our neighbors.
