Good Neighbor Policy & Agreement
Residents of TNRT Inc. are expected to represent the organization respectfully within the community. Living at TNRT is a privilege that comes with a shared responsibility to maintain positive relationships with our neighbors and the broader community.
Resident Commitments
As a resident, I agree to:
- 1Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits
- 2Watch for pedestrians and neighborhood children
- 3Park only in approved areas
- 4Avoid washing or repairing vehicles on the property or street
- 5Use respectful language and behavior
- 6Avoid loud music or disruptive activity
- 7Refrain from gathering or socializing loudly outside the residence after 10:00 PM
All residents are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and to avoid any behavior that would disturb or negatively impact the surrounding community. Upholding these commitments protects our residents, our program, and the trust placed in us by our neighbors.
