Scholarship & Program Fee Details
TNRT is committed to removing financial barriers to recovery. Housing and program costs during Phases 1 and 2 are fully covered through a scholarship, allowing residents to focus entirely on recovery, life skills, and preparing for employment.
What the Scholarship Covers
- Housing costs for the full duration of Phases 1 and 2
- All program costs during Phases 1 and 2
- No fees are owed by the resident before entering Phase 3
This gives every resident the space they need to focus on what matters most: their recovery, building life skills, and securing employment so they are ready for Phase 3 and beyond.
When Fees Begin
Program fees begin once a resident obtains employment and enters Phase 3. No program fees are owed before that point.

For residents compliant with all program requirements

Non-Compliance Rate
Full program rate for residents not meeting class or program expectations. Reverts to $150 / week once compliance is restored.
